Judith Harrop Interior Design only collects personal information in order to carry out its business. We collect the minimum of information necessary to conduct our business with you, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. We can only hold information that you provide to us with your full knowledge, and do not collect unsolicited information.
Any financial information, eg bank account numbers, is only accessible through our bank; we do not hold bank details or any other financial information on our own systems.
We do not collect any personal information about you from browsing our website, even if you use the request form. This only appears to us as an email and we do not collect metadata from it. We do not buy databases.
We do not collect any technical data or metadata, such as IP addresses, browser data or usage data. Cookies on our website are part of the background programme template and we do not collect any of the cookie information.
What we do with your data
We only use your personal data in the way the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
•Where we need to perform a contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
•Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests (e.g. to
